I like working in an Environment that gives me a challenge.  That allows me to use my imagination and experience to solve problems and issues.  One where I feel that I am making an impact.  HRTec has been that place for me since I started here just over a year ago.  And with the growth I see on the horizon, I feel this company has great things in its future.

I am very fortunate to have found a place like HRTec to work at, where my colleagues are both extremely kind and capable. My team has been fundamental to my growth as a cybersecurity professional and their generosity towards teaching me new skills is unmatched. Working in an environment where growth, progress, and personal achievement are encouraged has made my time at HRTec an amazing experience!

As an intern at HRTec, I have observed the constant hard work and effort exuded to ensure the steady growth of the company. As each employee thoroughly completes each task, peers are constantly available to offer wisdom and assistance. With the motivation and dedication behind the work of each employee, I have experienced a company that is airtight, extremely reliable, and top tier. Having worked on multiple projects with HRTec, I can testify to a very enjoyable and exciting environment.

Working with HRTec has been an incredibly rewarding experience which has provided me the chance to meet and work with great people, develop valuable skills, and pursue my career goals. I have had countless opportunities to grow in my abilities and role within the company, learn new things, and gain real-world, hands-on experience in a variety of areas.

After retiring from the USAF, I joined the HRTec team and found they are also committed to integrity when dealing with customers, businesses, and particularly each other. Great companies are about the people and culture that strengthen one’s best qualities. I have been here now for 12 years and I’m still excited about our new technologies, infrastructure, and our company’s direction, it keeps me coming back every day.

As an intern Graphic Designer, FedHIVE was welcoming and educational. Communication is efficient and useful, and our work is meticulous. The environment is understanding, and encouragement is at the forefront. After being with FedHIVE for over a year, it has been an amazing opportunity to watch the company develop into what it is today and continue to participate in their growth. Although we deal with major clients such as the DoD, there is never pressure without purpose and teamwork.
