FedHIVE’s FedRAMP Trust Center, Vault, serves as the centralized platform for securely storing, managing, and sharing FedRAMP Certification Data and associated Continuous Monitoring information. Vault is used to maintain FedHIVE’s own FedRAMP authorization package, client authorization packages, certification documentation, historical package information, and ongoing ConMon artifacts. Vault is designed to support the FedRAMP 2026 Certification Data Sharing requirements by providing authorized parties with controlled and uninterrupted access to applicable certification data, while maintaining appropriate protections against the unauthorized disclosure of sensitive information. Vault was built to specifcally support both human-readable and machine-readable access to applicable FedRAMP data. Vault provides FedHIVE and its clients with a consistent mechanism for making current certification and ConMon information available to the appropriate agencies, Authorizing Officials, CSP stakeholders, assessors, and other necessary parties while maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, accuracy, and availability of the information. This approach aligns with FedRAMP’s requirement that providers use a FedRAMP-compatible Trust Center to store and share Certification Data and supports the required transparency, responsible information sharing, access management, and auditability associated with the FedRAMP Certification Data Sharing rules.
